Delta-T Alert Pro Sensor™ is a wireless, self-contained temperature and humidity monitoring system with sensors that attach to your electrical enclosures. The patented units contain a humidity sensor and two temperature sensors, one to monitor the electrical enclosure’s interior temperature and the second to monitor the room’s ambient temperature. There is a plugin auxiliary contact thermocouple for mounting inside the enclosure. The data is wirelessly transmitted for analysis and trending. The system can remotely alarm your support teams with the details and location of the temperature alarm and locally indicate readings and alarms on the built-in LCD screen on the sensor.

Inexpensive & Easy to Install

Low-cost hardware contains 2 temperature monitors, recording both internal and ambient temperatures. Simply mount with a single drill hole or permanent magnet, then pair in just 2 minutes with gateway and software.

Regardless of environment, the customizable settings for temperature disparity allow for accuracy in both alarm settings and condition reporting to track and trend asset performance and health to increase reliability.

1. Continuously Powered System with Display

Polymer based IR windows are far more able to resist the mechanical stresses applied to IR window that are fitted to electrical distribution equipment. It was IRISS that first came to market with industrial grade IR windows that could meet the mandatory impact and load testing requirements of UL, CSA, IEEE, IEC, CE testing that could never be passed by any crystal based IR window.

4. 350ft Wireless Connectivity

Each Delta-T sensor communicates wirelessly to the Delta-T Gateway with range of up to 350ft unobstructed. Walls, equipment and other obstructions may reduce the effective range. Up to 230 Delta T sensors can communicate to a single Delta T Gateway and multiple Gateways can be tied together to create your total monitoring system.

5. Dual Temperature & Humidity Sensors

Delta-T Sensors communicate the Internal Equipment Air Temperature, the Ambient Air Temperature and the Relative Humidity back through the Delta T Gateway. Data is logged via the Delta T Software and trend plots can be viewed for each Delta T Sensor.

6. Fast and Easy Installation

Following a few simple instructions, IRISS inspection windows can be quickly installed on switchgear and MCC panel covers, as well as transformers and other electrical equipment. Each window comes with an installation guide, as well as links to installation videos.

7. Color Coded Notification Screen

The screen clearly indicates the humidity ambiance plus auxiliary reading on a built-in LCD.

8. Visible Alarm Notification

The Delta-T Alert Pro sensor’s screen will automatically switch into alarm, flashing red and highlighting the monitored value that triggered the alarm for rapid local response to a potential issue.
